- 6 medjool dates
- ⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips
- 3 large vegan marshmallows, cut in half
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers, use gluten-free if needed
Instructions
- If your dates aren’t pitted, slice them lengthwise (without cutting all the way through) and remove the pits. Gently open them to create space for the filling.
- Fill each date with a few chocolate chips (or a piece of chocolate bar), then tuck in a marshmallow.
- Place the stuffed dates in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 3–4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted.
