Air Fryer Peaches

These Air Fryer Peaches are the easiest summer dessert—topped with cinnamon sugar butter, vegan ice cream, and crunchy granola. Ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients
 

  • 3 peaches, firm but slightly ripe
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • vegan vanilla ice cream, for topping
  • granola, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened vegan butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Add a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each peach half.
  • Place the peach halves cut side up in the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve warm topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and granola. Enjoy!
