You only need 4 ingredients to make this healthy air fryer dessert you’ll be making on repeat!

Peach halves
  • Peaches: Slightly ripe but firm peaches work best here—just like in my baked peaches recipe. Overripe peaches will become mushy in the air fryer. If they’re too soft when you squeeze them, that’s a sign that they won’t hold their shape in the air fryer.
  • Vegan butter: A vegan butter spread or block works fine.
  • Coconut sugar: Keeps this recipe refined sugar-free.
  • Cinnamon: Measure with your heart!

Substitutions & Variations

  • Vegan butter: Swap for coconut oil—just make sure it’s refined so it doesn’t taste like coconut.
  • Coconut sugar: Swap for brown sugar.
  • No air fryer? If you don’t have an air fryer, place the coated peaches in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until soft. They wont get as caramelized as they do in the air fryer, but they’ll still be delicious!
  • Toppings: Vegan vanilla ice cream, vegan yogurt, granola, chopped walnuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup all taste delicious.

  • Use ripe but firm peaches: Overripe peaches can become too soft in the air fryer. If they feel very soft when you gently squeeze them, they likely won’t hold their shape.
  • Add a touch of maple syrup if needed: If your peaches aren’t super sweet, lightly brush the tops with maple syrup before adding the topping. It gives them a beautiful caramelized finish, too.
