Ingredients You’ll Need
You only need 4 ingredients to make this healthy air fryer dessert you’ll be making on repeat!

- Peaches: Slightly ripe but firm peaches work best here—just like in my baked peaches recipe. Overripe peaches will become mushy in the air fryer. If they’re too soft when you squeeze them, that’s a sign that they won’t hold their shape in the air fryer.
- Vegan butter: A vegan butter spread or block works fine.
- Coconut sugar: Keeps this recipe refined sugar-free.
- Cinnamon: Measure with your heart!

Substitutions & Variations
- Vegan butter: Swap for coconut oil—just make sure it’s refined so it doesn’t taste like coconut.
- Coconut sugar: Swap for brown sugar.
- No air fryer? If you don’t have an air fryer, place the coated peaches in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until soft. They wont get as caramelized as they do in the air fryer, but they’ll still be delicious!
- Toppings: Vegan vanilla ice cream, vegan yogurt, granola, chopped walnuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup all taste delicious.
How to Make Air Fryer Peaches (Step-by-Step)

- Step 1: Cut each peach in half and remove the pit. In a small bowl, mix together the softened vegan butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Add a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each peach half.

- Step 2: Place the peach halves cut side up in the air fryer.

- Step 3: Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.

- Step 4: Remove from the air fryer and serve warm topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and granola.
Megan’s Tips
- Use ripe but firm peaches: Overripe peaches can become too soft in the air fryer. If they feel very soft when you gently squeeze them, they likely won’t hold their shape.
- Add a touch of maple syrup if needed: If your peaches aren’t super sweet, lightly brush the tops with maple syrup before adding the topping. It gives them a beautiful caramelized finish, too.
How to Serve Air Fryer Peaches
These peaches are best served warm, straight from the air fryer. Here are some of my favorite toppings:
- With vanilla ice cream: Just like I do with my healthy peach crisp and healthy berry crisp.
- Add crunch: I love adding chopped nuts or granola on top for crunch.
- Healthy breakfast twist: Top with vegan yogurt for a wholesome breakfast. I love doing this with my single serve peach crisp too, because who doesn’t want peach crisp for breakfast?
- Over oatmeal: Spoon the warm peaches over a bowl of oatmeal.
Storage
- Store leftover peaches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, warm them in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
While these are best enjoyed fresh, baked crisps like my peach crisp or berry crisp tend to store a bit better for leftovers, so you may want to try those if you’re looking for a make-ahead summer dessert.
Frequently Asked Questions
They should be soft, slightly caramelized, and fork-tender. I find that 10 minutes at 350°F is perfect.
Choose peaches that are just starting to ripen but still firm so they hold their shape while air frying.
