Ingredients You’ll Need
Scroll down to the recipe card to get the full recipe with measurements.
- Peaches: The star of the show! Use ripe but firm peaches—if they’re too soft when you squeeze, they won’t hold their shape in the air fryer.
- Vegan Butter: To make with the cinnamon sugar butter mixture.
- Coconut Sugar: My go-to refined sugar-free sweetener for a natural caramel-like sweetness. If you don’t have coconut sugar, you can substitute for brown sugar or cane sugar.
- Cinnamon: Measure with your heart!

How to Make Peaches in the Air Fryer
- Prep the Peaches: Cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
- Make the Cinnamon Sugar Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the softened vegan butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Add a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each peach half.
- Air Fry: Place the peach halves cut side up in the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer and serve warm topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and granola.
How to Serve Air Fryer Peaches
The toppings are always the best part in my opinion, though it’s hard to compete with how delicious the peaches are on their own! My go-to is topping the warm peaches with dairy-free ice cream and a sprinkle of crunchy granola.
Feel free to get creative with your favorite toppings:
- Scoop of vegan ice cream or vegan yogurt
- Sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, or toasted coconut flakes
- Drizzle of maple syrup

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you air fry peaches?
Yes! Air frying peaches is similar to grilling them—the heat caramelizes their natural sugars, softening them and making them sooo delicious.
How ripe should the peaches be?
Choose peaches that are just starting to ripen but still firm so they hold their shape while air frying.
What type of air fryer do you use?
I use this air fryer, but any standard air fryer with a basket or tray will work.
Can I bake peaches in the oven?
Yes! If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake peaches in the oven. Check out my Baked Peaches recipe for a similar easy and delicious peach dessert.
How do I store leftovers?
Store leftover peaches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, warm them in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, then add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
