Featured Review
Got this recipe at the perfect time, I picked up a bunch of peaches at my CSA. Loved this recipe and so easy to make in my air fryer. The vanilla ice cream melted on the hot peaches and mixed with butter mixture and made this delicious soup in the bottom of the bowl. Definitely a keeper. Thank you

If you’ve never tried air frying peaches, this is your sign to try it! The air fryer has a way of bringing out their natural sweetness, with lightly caramelized edges, a little different from traditional baked peaches.
It’s one of those recipes I come back to every summer, especially when peaches are perfectly ripe and in season! And when fall rolls around, I swap in apples and make my air fryer apples instead.

How to Pick the Best Peaches
Look for peaches that are slightly ripe, but still firm. Overripe peaches will become mushy in the air fryer. If they’re too soft when you squeeze them, that’s a sign that they won’t hold their shape in the air fryer.
Ingredients You’ll Need
You only need 4 ingredients to make this healthy air fryer dessert you’ll be making on repeat!

- Peaches: Slightly ripe but firm peaches work best here, just like in my baked peaches recipe.
- Vegan butter: A vegan butter spread or block works fine.
- Coconut sugar: Keeps this recipe refined sugar-free.
- Cinnamon: Measure with your heart!

Substitutions & Variations
- Vegan butter: Swap for coconut oil. Just make sure it’s refined so it doesn’t taste like coconut.
- Coconut sugar: Swap for brown sugar.
- No air fryer? If you don’t have an air fryer, place the coated peaches in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until soft. They wont get as caramelized as they do in the air fryer, but they’ll still be delicious!
- Toppings: Vegan vanilla ice cream, vegan yogurt, vegan granola, chopped walnuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup all taste delicious.
How to Make Air Fryer Peaches (Step-by-Step)

- Step 1: Cut each peach in half and remove the pit. In a small bowl, mix together the softened vegan butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Add a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each peach half.

- Step 2: Place the peach halves cut side up in the air fryer.

- Step 3: Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.

- Step 4: Remove from the air fryer and serve warm topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and granola.
Megan’s Tips
- Use ripe but firm peaches: Overripe peaches can become too soft in the air fryer. If they feel very soft when you gently squeeze them, they likely won’t hold their shape.
- Add a touch of maple syrup if needed: If your peaches aren’t super sweet, lightly brush the tops with maple syrup before adding the topping. It gives them a beautiful caramelized finish, too.
Serving Suggestions
Air fryer peaches are best served warm, straight from the air fryer. Here are a few of my favorite ways to serve them:
- With vegan vanilla ice cream: It reminds me of how I serve my healthy peach crisp and healthy berry crisp. Warm fruit + ice cream is the perfect match!
- Add crunch: Sprinkle with chopped nuts or granola for texture. It adds the perfect contrast to the soft peaches.
- Healthy breakfast twist: Serve over vegan yogurt for an easy, wholesome breakfast I love doing this with my single serve peach crisp too.
- Over oatmeal: Spoon the warm peaches over a bowl of oatmeal for a cozy start to the day.
While these are best enjoyed fresh, baked crisps like my peach crisp or berry crisp tend to store a bit better for leftovers, so you may want to try those if you’re looking for a make-ahead summer dessert!
Air Fryer Peaches FAQs
Choose peaches that are just starting to ripen, but still firm, so they hold their shape in the air fryer.
They should be soft, slightly caramelized, and fork-tender. I find that 10 minutes at 350°F in the air fryer is perfect.
Store leftover peaches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat your air fryer peaches, simply warm them in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
