What is Nature’s Gatorade?

It’s exactly what it sounds like! Think of it as nature’s version of a sports drink. It’s made with all natural ingredients, like coconut water and fruit, and packed with electrolytes and antioxidants.

Blue gatorade was my favorite drink as a kid. Nothing quite hit the spot like a cold, refreshing bottle after playing outside all day. But of course most store-bought sports drinks are full of sugar, artificial colors, and flavors (yuck!).

So, when I saw “Nature’s Gatorade” trending on TikTok, I knew I had to try it. It’s made with real, simple ingredients straight from nature, and helps you hydrate in a natural way!

This recipe combines:

  • Coconut water and sea salt for electrolytes
  • Frozen blueberries for antioxidants and flavor
  • Lemon for a zesty kick
  • Maple syrup for natural sweetness.

It’s only May, and I’ve been sipping on it almost everyday. A cold glass on a hot day is just the best! It’s light, refreshing, hydrating, and so delicious. Safe to say, I’ll be drinking it all summer long!
