Lemon Tahini Dressing
My go-to 5-minute Lemon Tahini Dressing made with tahini, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast. Creamy, oil-free, easy-to-make, and perfect for drizzling on salads, grain bowls, and more!

If you’re looking for a homemade salad dressing recipe that’s easy to make and tastes good drizzled on just about everything, then you’re going to love this lemon tahini dressing!
I am completely obsessed with this oil-free dressing, and have been for the past few years. Itās rich, nutty, tangy, and bright. Perfect for drizzling over salads (like this kale salad with peaches and crispy chickpeas), on grain bowls, over roasted veggies, in wraps, and more.
What is Tahini?
Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds (also known as sesame butter). It has a rich, nutty flavor and a creamy texture, making it the perfect base for this dressing. Tahini is packed with healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins, plus it offers antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits!

- Nutritional Yeast: For a “cheesy” umami taste.
- Maple Syrup: Just a tablespoon to lift all the flavors.
- Seasonings: A mix of sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Water: This helps thin the dressing to a pourable consistency without the need for olive oil.

I’m so glad you loved this dressing! Thanks for sharing your review š
This dressing was a bit bitter to me made as is, so I added some more maple syrup and that made it better. To be honest, I think I have bitter tastebuds. LOL My mom loved the dressing as is, so it’s definitely my tastebuds, but definitely will make this again with a little tweaking. š
Glad you enjoyed the dressing and were able to adjust it to your taste buds! Thanks for sharing š
