My go-to 5-minute Lemon Tahini Dressing made with tahini, fresh lemon juice, and nutritional yeast. This creamy, oil-free dressing is easy to make and perfect for drizzling on salads, grain bowls, buddha bowls, roasted vegetables, and more!
Add the tahini, water, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed to reach a pourable consistency. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
Pour the dressing into a mason jar and store in the fridge to use throughout the week. Enjoy!

Make sure to use a smooth, runny tahini. My favorites are Trader Joe’s, Soom, and Seed + Mill.
Depending on the thickness of your tahini, you may need to add a little more water to get the perfect texture.
