Easter Bunny Vegan Cinnamon Rolls
These adorable Easter Bunny Vegan Cinnamon Rolls are the perfect quick & easy treat for Easter morning!
Aside from Christmas, Easter is my favorite holiday. Spring has sprung, the birds are chirping, pastel colors are painted all around, family and friends are coming together, and the food! My favorite thing to make for Easter morning is cinnamon rolls. But of course, not regular ones, we have to make them festive. How absolutely adorable are these little bunnies? It might be a surprise but they are a lot easier to make than they look – which makes them the perfect, quick and festive treat for Easter morning! All you will need is ready-made can of frozen vegan cinnamon rolls.
How To Make Easter Bunny Vegan Cinnamon Rolls
You’ll be surprised to hear that most grocery store pre-packaged cinnamon rolls are accidentally vegan, including Annie’s Organic Cinnamon Rolls and Trader Joe’s Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls.
To make these cute bunnies, – remove the rolls from the can and place on a baking sheet, spread about 2 inches apart. Begin to unravel the roll until you have about 4 inches unraveled. Then, using your hands shape into bunny ears by making two loops and pinching. Press the end of the bunny ears against the side of the roll to secure it all together. Bake the cinnamon rolls according to package instructions. Halfway through the baking time, remove them from the oven and reinforce the shape of the ears with the back of a spoon/butter knife (since they spread while baking). Finally, remove the cinnamon bunnies from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle with icing and add mini chocolate chips for the eyes and nose, and coconut flakes for the whiskers. Seriously, too cute!
An adorable, easy, and festive way to celebrate Easter! They are so fun for kids and will impress a crowd without requiring much work!
Wishing you all a wonderful, peaceful Easter holiday – may the Lord bless you this Easter!
