Peanut Butter & Chia Jam Stuffed Dates

Introducing your new favorite snack: medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter, homemade chia jam and sprinkled with dark chocolate. These stuffed dates are the perfect healthy treat!

1 tsp for each date

dark chocolate

Instructions
Follow the instructions
to make the chia jam
here
.
If your dates still have the pit in them, cut a slice down the middle of each date and remove the pit. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Fill the center of each date with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, followed by 1 teaspoon of the chia jam.
Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate chunks. Enjoy!
Notes
Peanut butter - I use all natural peanut butter (the only ingredient is peanuts).
