Healthy tiramisu? Yes please! Tiramisu Stuffed Dates are a no-bake twist on the classic dessert made with coffee-soaked medjool dates, dairy-free yogurt, and cocoa powder.
Soak the dates: If your dates aren’t pitted, use a knife to slice down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through, and remove the pit. Add the dates and coffee to a bowl. Soak for 1-2 hours to absorb coffee flavor.
Stuff the dates: Add a spoonful of vanilla yogurt into the center of each date. Then, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!

Notes
Use medjool dates: Medjool dates are soft, large, naturally sweet, and caramel-like, which works really great in these tiramisu stuffed dates. Other date varieties tend to be smaller, less tender, and not as sweet.
Pipe the filling: Use a piping bag (or a ziplock bag with the corner cut) to fill the dates cleanly.
Wait to add the cocoa powder: Dust with cocoa powder just before serving for the best presentation.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
