This creamy Matcha Chia Pudding is an easy vegan, make-ahead breakfast or snack with 5 ingredients. Packed with matcha flavor, antioxidants, and perfect for meal prep!
Use a bamboo whisk or milk frother to mix the matcha powder and non-dairy milk until no clumps remain. Pour into a bowl, then mix in the non-dairy yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour in the chia seeds and mix until combined. Let it sit for 5 minutes, stir again, then cover and refrigerate overnight to let the pudding set.
