These tropical Mango & Passion Fruit Overnight Oats are made with fresh mango, passion fruit, chia seeds, and non-dairy yogurt for creaminess. Each spoonful is a bite of sunshine—an easy make-ahead breakfast, perfect for meal prep!
In a jar or small bowl, mix together the non-dairy milk, non-dairy yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, diced mango, passion fruit pulp, and a pinch of salt.
