Say hello to your new favorite sweet treat! These Healthy Snickers Bites are made in an ice cube mold with just 4 wholesome ingredients. Sweet, salty, creamy and delicious!

peanut butter

crushed peanuts
Instructions
Cut each medjool date into 4 even pieces, so you have 16 pieces total. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth and melted.
Add a spoonful of melted chocolate to the bottom of each ice cube mold. Use a knife or spoon to spread the chocolate up the sides a bit.
In each mold, layer as follows: medjool date, ½ tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp crushed peanuts.
Add another spoonful of the melted chocolate on top, then place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Carefully pop the bites out of the silicone mold and enjoy! Optional: add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top.
